I have celiac disease and hardly eat out because of cross- contamination and the fact that most people don’t understand the disease. I mentioned my concerns to the waitress. The manager came out and asked all the right questions. He reassured me that he has other customers who can’t eat gluten as well. He was very informed on what may be inside their sauces, including shrimp paste in case I had a sea food allergy. He assured me they would wash the pan before they made my food and they would be no cross-contamination. I had no negative effects at all. I really felt like they care about their customers. On top of that, the food was DELICIOUS! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our food. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were large. We loved the presentation of the food too. The bathroom was very clean which tells me that the kitchen is as well. We can’t wait to go back! My only tiny critique was that I didn’t see a need for the television to be on and maybe the lights could be a bit more dim. It was very comfortable however. They had plenty of cushions if you needed them to prop yourself up to the table. A fantastic experience! Try them today!

They do not have gluten free cheesesteaks. I Just called to confirm it. You can get the meat and cheese to use your own roll at home. I have done that many times. They do have a decent gluten free cheese pizza. Our family loves Thunderbird but I am looking for a place to get a gluten free cheesesteak with a gluten free roll and this is not the place although google led me to believe it was.

We ate there for the first time in this location. Better experience at other locations. PROS -- Coffee was good and plentiful -- Water (when we got it) was cold and refreshing -- Clearly delineated gluten free and accommodations made! Awesome on that front! CONS -- Service was slow and insufficient (responded to gluten free issues but super slow to come to us, only a couple of touch points, never asked us how things were, didn't bring water, seemed to not care much) -- I ordered a bacon hash special, which was a complete rip off. Less than one piece of mangled bacon. Potatoes were undercooked. Egg (ordered over easy) was overcooked. Chili sauce was not discernable. Absolutely bland, flavorless. The onions were the standout of this dish, which is damming with faint praise. Probably $1.50 of basic breakfast food repackaged poorly and sold for $16. I felt defrauded honestly. Most disappointed I've been in a dish in recent memory. -- Other people at my table also mentioned, without me saying anything, that eggs were overcooked and potatoes undercooked. -- Coffee mug was sticky -- Bathroom sink felt like a carnival game: just try and wash your hands without touching the bottom or the faucet or the basin of the sink -- They accommodated a child seat but left the seat it replaced, which created an uncomfortable seating situation and a logjam for foot traffic. -- Cost. Expensive for what you get. Felt ripped off. All in all, it was three adults and one 5 year-old. Almost $80 not including tip. Granted, we ordered some extras like fancy coffee drinks, a smoothie, and an app. But worse than a basic diner on the food and not great service. Definitely, not an experience that I thought was special in any way. If you can't get value, potatoes, bacon or eggs right as a breakfast place, you suck. If you're expensive and don't create special moments, will not return. I suggest you don't show up in the first instance.
