I found this place on the Happy Cow app (one of the only 2 in this entire area) and we decided to give it a try. This place won out over the other option because of the fact that they had gluten free pizza crust and sandwich bread, as well as Daiya vegan cheese for the pizzas. We had our dogs with us so we sat outside next to the water on the covered deck. It was a very nice day and the seating was perfect for us. There were other people there with dogs as well, so they're very dog friendly outside. My husband and I shared the Mixed Green salad and both got the Veggie Pizza. I got mine on the gluten free crust with the Daiya cheese and he got his just the way they make it. We both really enjoyed the pizzas and the diversity of vegetables offered on it. We also both had the Ruby Spice mocktail and both liked those. The flavor profile was robust yet refreshing. The only thing I would change is the pricing. It seemed a bit high compared to other places we've been with similar food. Overall, though, this was a great find in this little beach town.

Will was our server and he was absolutely fantastic at recommending tasty menu & drink items, as well as catering to a gluten allergy by providing alternate menu options and customizations. Would absolutely come back and request to be in his section! 😊

We've been visiting Beaufort Grocery annually for probably 10 years or so. We've always had friendly service, amazing food, all within a great, relaxing atmosphere. For starters, we HIGHLY recommend the saganaki...OPA! It is life-changing! Also, crab and lobster dip, along with the spinach dip. Both of the dips can be made gluten free. Ask the server about gluten free options, as they have many. Any of the Entrees, you will not be disappointed. We've had almost all of them. Filet, duck, all the fish, scallops...all of amazing! All Entrees come with soup or salad, and I recommend the white balsamic vinaigrette. YUMMY!! If you have room for dessert (or just take it with you), the Bumpy cake, pecan pie, apple pie, and cheesecake have all been solid choices. Have a cup of coffee with it, as they have their own fresh ground coffee, and it's delicious! Shirts, hats, and a cookbook is available for purchase. As well as the delicious coffee! You will NOT regret a stop here for a fantastic meal!

HOLY COW - Hands down some of the best Mexican food/drinks/service I’ve had in NC! Roosevelt was our bartender/server. Thank you. Hubby is Gluten-free so great options. We had the Steak tacos, fajitas, and that huge top shelf (1800) fresh made skinny Margarita w/ fresh lime was only $12!!!
