Beautiful restaurant with great gluten free options and full gluten free menu. There aren’t any gluten free buns, but there were plenty of other non sandwich options (including tacos). We sat upstairs and had the most beautiful view. Service was excellent and she was knowledgeable about allergies. They make an incredible mojito (they don’t skimp on the lime and mint).

La Norma has long been one of our go-to restaurants while staying in our place on Longboat Key. We have always loved their food. However, I'm sad to say I am very unhappy with how the prices have increased. Last weekend, we ordered a gluten-free pasta dish (I was super happy to have that option) and a 14" pizza and the bill was $60! My pasta was $26.50 PLUS a $4 "GLUTEN-FREE CHARGE" (??). The pizza was $18 PLUS $5 for sausage and $3 for mushrooms. Come on, y'all. This is ridiculous. I get that covid times were tough and I ordered a lot of take out to support the local restaurants but, let's get back to normal prices.

One of my favorite breakfast spots in Longboat Key is Harry’s Continental Kitchen. The servers are so friendly, and the ambiance is always inviting. It's a nice touch when you see the owner greeting guests. The food is amazing; whenever we visit Longboat Key, this place is our go-to for breakfast. Plus, they have a gluten-free option, which is a big plus.

Top 5 restaurant in Sarasota / Longboat Key. My wife loves the grouper and crab cake (gluten-free!). I love the kale caesar salad.

So disappointed to not see the salmon lemon risotto on the menu anymore. As someone who if gluten free this was the best gf meal on the island! disappointed with my experience, especially as a gf customer!
