We got the gluten free fish and it was amazing. Probably the best gluten free fried batter I have ever tasted. They even were careful to make sure the chips were gluten free. Very accommodating and tasty!
Delicious food! Very nice service, bringing more water without being asked, very helpful with Coeliac Menu for my husband.
Chocolate fondant was scummy too. We'll be back.
Had a lovely lunch here. Katie P did a great job of taking our order and dealing with allergies. Allergy information is on a tablet and the burger was labelled gluten free which is always reassuring.
Not the greatest of eats but good enough if passing and hungry.
Cheapest of ingredients.
A "greasy spoon" cafe.
Good portions.
Large and Clean place. Inside and outdoors seating.
Good service people.
Long wait of 40 minutes+ from ordering.
Was a flow of custom but only couple standing in line, ordering at a time, so not fully packed cafe.
Gluten free sausages taste mainly of rice/corn flour, shame because they looked fat and juicy.
No real taste to burger either, apart from grease. Left half of it.
No flavour to both dinners. As agreed by other person too.

Delicious food. Great for coeliacs as plenty of gluten free options. Also lots of vegetarian options.
Big portion sizes, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere.
Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!
This was a truly fantastic gastro experience from walking in to the restaurant the bright and funky decor was taken out for birthday lunch by mother-in-law who had discovered the "Giggling Squid" a few months ago. They have a fantastic dietary app using your smartphone and QR code system once you know how to use it could have done with a littke more instructions. myself been gluten free. The service by the well turned out staff was amazing frendly and helpful giving us a little tweak with the of the dietary app we all had the lunch time tapas options with a drink.
I personally had Feasting Set.
Chicken Green Curry, Chicken Satay, Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry, Jasmine Rice. And a regular coke a cola.
It came out beautifully displayed on a stunning 4 way devided plate to separate the dishes, The Chicken Green Curry, was fantastic the flavor and texture where delicious, the Jasmine Rice was perfectly cooked light and fluffy i enjoyed spooning the rice in to the curry bowl and in to the Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry, soaking up all the fantastic flavorsome broths. polished off with the succulent Chicken Satay on a bed of Satay sauce the whole experience was truly fantastic would honestly tell anyone to try out this lunch time treat and all for a truly amazing pocket frendly price 4 of us had a lovely lunch time treat of drink and tummy filling food for under £80 in this economic market this is amazing I was stuffed and left feeling happy as where all our party will definitely be back for more it would be rude not to be thanks guys.
Great service with a smile! They even served my picky sister a gluten free vegan pizza which she actually enjoyed.
Great place! Recommend it to every pizza lover!
Walkers is a great place for a ride out any day of the week the staff are friendly the food is good and there is several GF foods to eat, my wife can't have gluten.
We always find ourselves chatting to somebody there so hopefully see you there soon 💗
This is a lovely place to have a coffee and cake and relax. The staff are always lovely and friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate you. In the summer you can sit in their little garden and enjoy the sunshine. They have Gluten Free and Vegan options so everyone is catered for. Their prices are a little expensive, but their service is second to none ! 😊
Went for dinner yesterday with my daughters and I have to say that being gluten free I am always dubious about ordering a roast dinner when out as the plate usually comes with most of the key ingredients missing ! BUT DAMSON AND WILDE WOW! absolutely amazing ! GF Yorkshires - proper crispy roast potatoes, proper scrummy gravy and even cauliflower and broccoli cheese ! Safe to say I cleared my plate ! Thank you for putting the effort in to serving a meal that definitely didn’t make me feel like I was missing out !
Great to have a coeliac friendly cafe in Bury St Edmunds town centre; the pancake stack and Breakfast were both good portion sizes which is great for us as we like a decent portion size! The staff very very friendly but the food did take a fairly long time to come out , however it was beautifully presented and we were not in a rush so we didn't mind a bit of a wait. I like hemp bread but my husband doesn't like that earthy flavour of it so that knocked the stars from 5 to 4 for food but it's really a personal preference thing, I wonder if there was another GF bread option for the breakfast he could have had?
Will be coming back to try the coffee and also lunch options as both sounded nice. Always happy to support a restaurant which makes an effort on gluten free.
Overpriced. £15 for a toastie and coffee
Coffee Cups handles far to small basically burnt my finger everytime I tried picking it up
Poor gluten free range
Really didn’t like the food had to make my mother who doesn’t eat gluten eat it so it didn’t go straight in the bin
Coffee was good only good thing
Wobbly chair uneven legs really bugged me but it was so condensed in there barely room to stand let alone swap a chair
Overall would not come again to eat
Took a while to be seated, had to stand the whole duration of waiting
Toastie was burnt and hard
Stick to your coffees
