The staff were so friendly and helpful. A amazingly large amount of gf options available it was hard to choose. The food was fantastic!!! And the Gluten-Free burger buns were really soft. I can definitely recommend the beef and bacon burger.

We dine at La Famiglia all the time. We love the great customer service and of course the wonderful food. We always eat well and the food servings are of good size. Great when it comes to catering for children. As well as providing Gluten free options. The team were also helpful when it came to assisting me with an alternative for a minor food allergy I have. (Which is greatly appreciated.) This past weekend we celebrated our daughters baptism at La Famiglia. I can honestly say we had a fantastic experience again. (We celebrated our sons baptism at La Famiglia four years ago.) All I can say is that: The food was amazing and so fresh. My family keep talking about it, exactly like they did when I had the whole family for my sons baptism. A great variety of food. They all loved it. Again the customer service was great. I HIGHLY recommend La Famiglia at Epping Plaza. Thank you again to the team at La Famiglia for another fantastic experience and for helping make our daughters special day so memorable.

The pizzas were beautiful I’m coeliac (gluten free) and the person on the phone when placing our order immediately knew what that meant and said they would wash and use fresh utensils and ingredients. Shared with family who isn’t gluten free and they said the pizzas were delicious as well. Highly recommend

I almost didn't stop here because the car park was full but I'm so glad I did. I had the gluten free schnitzel panini and it was incredible.

Good for coeliacs!! I ordered a parma and chips with the gluten free corn crumb, but didn't bother mentioning that I was a coeliac (I was tired, and I had Glutegard with me anyway). Shortly afterwards, a staff member came to my table to let me know that the chips were not gluten free, and I was offered a salad instead. Kudos for looking out for me! The meal was delicious, and I had no ill effects.

The good- hearty breakfast. The spread were enough to make you full - delicious hot meals. Egg station was fantastic. Croissant were delicately crispy and buttery. Gluten-free were also available. The bad - There were no waffles nor pancakes. Limited barista drinks variety - no matcha latte , no turmeric latte.

Restaurant/ cafe/ takeaway located in the home co centre of Epping, plenty of Carpark outside, across the road from Lincraft, the was plenty of seating in the restaurant. 3 staff worked on the day we went and they were polite The breads you can choose from are wheat, white Italian herbs and cheese, malted rye, plain wrap, gluten free wrap and multigrain wrap, and the cheese selection is natural cheddar, mozzarella and Old English.

Good coffee is hard to find in shopping plazas so this was a nice surprise. Great coffee, yummy gluten free slice and friendly service away from all the noise.

Extremely good customer service for a food court outlet. I needed to order a gluten free pho and they were so accommodating. I asked them what noodles they used and it’s actually wheaten but happy to swap out to the rice noodles for me. Thanks so much for this.

Ordered for the first time here and LOVED IT !!! The New Yorker pizza was so big and delicious. And we also got a gluten free pizza which you can’t tell that it’s gluten free, it’s that good, absolutely delicious !! The chips were fresh and well seasoned I can’t wait to order again from here And the staff are lovely ❤️❤️❤️❤️
