Booked in advance specifying that a person was celiac and lactose intolerant with confirmation from the venue that they were prepared to serve customers with these problems. Upon arrival we sat down, ordered, but after 30 minutes of waiting they told us that in fact they didn't have anything lactose-free. As a result we had to order a gluten free red pizza. After further waiting, we finally received the pizzas (good in themselves). We expected some consideration at least at the checkout given the inconvenience caused (despite even booking in the afternoon!) but not even the smallest discount was applied to the consumption of the customer with celiac disease (even the classic increase for gluten-free was applied). We won't be returning

Finally Pordenone also offers a vegan offer! Good food, simple but delicious preparations that make you feel satisfied, not at all weighed down, with the feeling of having eaten healthy without abusing processed foods. Lots of both vegan and gluten-free options, effectively highlighted by the allergens on the board. Special mention for the vegetable stew in chickpea flour, spicy and very crunchy. Recommended 👍
