If you are in Alassio, you can't miss a visit to Forno di Alassio! A historic bakery that offers a wide range of artisanal baked goods, from bread to focaccia, to typical local sweets. But what makes it really special is the attention to people with food intolerances: the shop is in fact included in the AIC handbook, with a selection of gluten-free products that don't make you feel the difference compared to traditional ones.

I was in this restaurant with my mother a few weeks ago, I point out that my mother is severely celiac and a slight contamination would have made our mini vacation a nightmare. Instead we were welcomed by a boy, I hope and think the manager, young but extremely experienced, they offered us gluten-free appetizers that no one had ever had the foresight to prepare. Extremely generous portions and fresh fish. Kindness, professionalism and knowledge of celiac disease at the highest levels. I feel like writing that I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant deserves an honorable mention. Even the plating is different for celiacs so that they can quickly recognize the dishes dedicated to them. I find the expense very honest for the quality and service offered. 48 Scapadaca welcomed with the utmost availability and patience, including celiacs!!!! A menu proposal that delights every palate! Nice place: two rooms and a small outdoor area. Careful dishes and fast service despite the number. Try this little place where Michela and her lively staff will be able to offer you delicious fish dishes with first courses that win over everything!! One better than the other with fresh and tasty combinations. Go and you will want to come back because they welcome you and treat you with care, because they will know how to tempt you and amaze you with their irony and because as the Scapadaca would say: proprio bin😉😂
