I have tried both the traditional and cereal dough, and I must say that the result has always been extraordinary. The staff is very kind and always ready to recommend combinations, explain the ingredients, and accommodate every need. The service is fast but never rushed, and makes you feel like a welcome guest, not just a passing customer. The environment is also welcoming and relaxing, perfect both for an evening with friends and for an intimate dinner. The gluten-free pizza is good even if it has a ready-made base. There are no chips or gluten-free appetizers but only bruschetta ("if the kitchen hasn't run out of bread"). It's disconcerting in 2023 when staff ask you what level of intolerance you have when it comes to celiac disease...
