Best pizza place and restaurant. Staff and owner are great and so very friendly. Gluten free pizza is so good. I’m a NYC girl who grew up pizza and Italian food and this restaurant is just as good those from my youth. Portions are huge also.
This is how you do gluten free pizza…
1. It was cooked on a tray so that the aluminum pan it baked in did not touch a potentially contaminated oven.
2. I got my own pizza cutter…
3. The crust tastes like a regular crust.
The flavors were absolutely perfect and the service was exceptional. Kind, welcoming… it was an amazing experience.
