Don't get me wrong, I actually love this place and have been here from time to time over the last 5 or so years. I love the pizza, the vibes, and the service and always had great pizza before I started ordering gluten free. I unfortunately am now gluten free as of a couple years ago due to a medical condition, so the last few pizzas I've ordered were the gluten free crust. I am well aware of the gamble of eating gluten free when it comes to quality because I know from personal experience how hard it is to cook gluten free doughs. But this most recent pizza I purchased tonight, 3/12/24, was absolutely overcooked. I highly recommend working on your gluten free dough and or/cook times or unfortunately I won't feel comfortable risking coming here anymore because this has been a repeat thing and I hate that because I don't have many options other than like Hideaway. Please fix this issue!!!!

We just had the most wonderful dinner here tonight @Patrono’s Italian Restaurant the staff were fabulous especially our waitress Kiley. The food was out of this world. My Gluten free dinner was amazing.

If I’m being honest, my family’s meals were far better than my own, but such is life when attempting to be gluten free (or at least limited), however the service alone has my heart. Our server, Kay was an absolute pleasure. She was fun, helpful, quick, and attentive.

Wife had chicken parmigiana and I had gluten free meat lovers. Both were very tasty and our servers were fantastic
