This place is a cute gem in the town. We had the Natural Chicken Pesto Gluten free wheat crust pizza and it was AMAZING! I'm sad I didn't take a picture but it was great! The atmosphere was nice and our waitress was super nice! It's a very cute place to have lunch, my boyfriend and I will return! The smoothies are AWESOME TOO! definitely a good place for a healthy meal.

First place I've ordered a gluten free pizza from that didn't make me sick AND it was delicious! I like how it came on top of a piece of paper that that clearly looks baked as to not touch the surface of the pan. I can tell you made an effort not to cross contaminate which is where most restaurants fall short. Great sauce, a little more cheese on the margherita pizza next time!

As someone with celiac disease since childhood, it has always been a challenge for me to find gluten-free pizza that actually tastes like the real thing. Mauricio's pizza is hands down the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. The Arugula Parmesan is my favorite! In addition to the amazing food, Maurizio and the staff are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Our server, Alyssa, was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

The food is wonderful . We just attended a small party here. When I looked at the menu and found nothing that was gluten free (I am allergic) I thought I would eat only the GF crackers that I brought with me. I decided to ask anyway and much to my surprise I was treated to one of the entrees made gluten free especially for me. What a pleasant surprise and one I have not ever experienced at another restaurant. I usually can eat only the salad. My meal was chicken parmesan with penne pasta so the cook made chicken parmesan without the bread and a special dish of GF pasta, all with yummy sauce that I could eat. What a treat. This is a rare restaurant with great food and a cook who knows just what a gluten sensitive person can and cannot eat. Often the wait staff just looks puzzled when I ask. So I highly recommend Barones whether you are or are not gluten free!
