Eating gluten free can be hard when the waiter is not knowledgeable about the menu. With that said, my experience tonight at Triestina was pretty great. The waiter, who I believe was the owner/chef's son, was very helpful and accommodating in finding me something to eat for dinner. The food was pretty good too!

First time here and will definitely be back. Food was very good but our server, Michelle, was the best. I made Michelle aware of my gluten sensitivity and she made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Il Gabbiano. Thank you Michelle.
