We ate here the other evening and it was so disappointing. Our server Katy was great but the food took a long time to come and when it did was not good. The bread sticks weren't warm or soft. They tasted a day old. The salad was fine. The soup (chicken gnocchi spinach tasted like clam chowder. Honestly it tasted like it came from a can. It was thin. The entrees were a create your own pasta and a salmon plate. The salmon was so I've done it was crunchy. The asparagus it was served with was barely cooked at all and also crunchy. The pasta was just gluten free noodles with marinara and the sauce tasted as though it came.fromna can also. The pasta noodles were good. The alcohol drinks were $9 and was so weak you couldn't tell there was alcohol at all. We used a $25 gift card and still walked out paying $70 somehow. I won't be back.
We drove down from Pittsburg, KS on a weekend in March and decided to give them a try. The food was amazing! My wife has a glutton intolerance, which was not a problem. They had gluten free spaghetti! The staff was very friendly and we loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great food. 👍👍👍
I saw an advertisement on Facebook for this new restaurant it showed everything being made from fresh local ingredients by the owner/chef. We decided to try it for ourselves. We are so excited. I have food allergies and Chef came to our table to over recommendations and assist us with food selection. I am strict gluten free. We had the eggplant Parmesan to begin and then Chilean sea bass with risotto. It was exceptional. We had a friend with us who said the Caesar salad was the best he had ever had. Server was great. Prices were fair. The restaurant is in an old bank building so it was fun and unique. There is a gorgeous patio. I would recommend you try it all of the pasta is HOMEMADE INHOUSE. We did not have it but all the tables around us were raving about it. Definitely on top of our list for a return visit soon.
I had higher expectations of this place but it was a bit disappointed. Honestly the pizza tasted like a Walmart prepackaged pizza -gluten free I ordered - and the salad was very basic, the chicken wings were ok. Customer service was good, waitress was nice and all but maybe what I ordered wasn't their specialty. I'll give it another try with some other items from their menu
Just ordered our meal and I'm a little scared. I asked the waitress if we could get our pasta al dente. She had to go in the kitchen to ask the cooks if they have any? The answer was no. (Shaking my head) This scares me an Italian restaurant that has no clue as to what al dente is. or their willing to serve pasta that way.
Well we ordered a side of meatballs and Grilled chicken parmesan with gluten free penne. The meatballs came covered in sauce and mozzarella. They were cheep premade heat and serve meatballs with textured protein (soy) in them. The grilled chicken breast was on the dry side and the gluten free penne was kinda mushy (kinda expected with gluten free pasta). The sauce was a very basic marinara type sauce but it had a good flavor balance. Service was good. Everything was clean. No side salads with the meal and only ordered one fountain drink. Total for the meal was $24.88
