We visited Il Guazzetto twice during our time in Monopoli. The food on both occasions was great, and there was very good gluten free options particularly the pane and the gluten free chocolate desert. The restaurant is airy and tastefully decorated but is popular so booking is advised. On our second visit, the service was quite slow with it taking 50 minutes for our starter to arrive so be mindful if it is busy that it may be a lengthly sitting. Definitely worth a visit!
