We had lunch on Boxing Day and everything was perfect. The restaurant is located in the center of Messina, the location is very welcoming and the food (especially the meat) is of excellent quality. We had a mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses, various fried foods and then continued with a first course (pistachio pesto and bacon) and a mixed grill, sorbet and coffee, in short, a complete menu. The courtesy, professionalism and kindness of the staff are unparalleled. Special mention goes to the room manager who managed everything perfectly. A day to remember, we will definitely be back. A definitely significant plus was the menu available entirely in gluten free mode for me as I have celiac disease. Thanks thanks thanks. A Messina excellence.

Welcoming and familiar environment, impeccable service, refined food with top quality ingredients and excellent value for money. I recommend Ristotrattoria M'inchia to those who want a unique taste experience, with always innovative and particular dishes. The great attention to different dietary needs should be underlined.
