A very interesting restaurant in the Repubblica area. A menu for all types of customers: omnivores, vegetarians, vegans and above all allergy and intolerance-proof (also excellent for celiacs). In addition to the fact that many products are responsible and local. The staff is highly professional, kind, helpful and welcoming as is the location, well designed in terms of furnishings and above all clean! We organized a hen party lunch for a vegetarian friend of mine and she was really happy. But it doesn't end there, the traditional Roman dishes are also delicious! Highly recommended!

Had an amazing dining experience at this charming restaurant! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. I went to dinner at this restaurant because I read in one of the reviews that "it had gluten-free options", and I would like to clarify that it does not have options such as gluten-free pasta or pizza, but rather the allergens of all the dishes are indicated on the menu and some do not contain gluten (for example, a grilled or grilled meat steak). Even so, I have to say that I ordered a beef dish with potatoes and it was delicious, so I highly recommend it if you plan to order a dish of this style! The treatment and location are very nice! 👏🏼

La Fata Ignorante is a solid rooftop restaurant base in the IQ. hotel, offering gluten-free pasta and bread, which is a big plus for those with celiac or diet needs. We started with the antipasto platter—perfect for sharing among four, with a nice variety of cheeses and cured meats. We tried three different pastas; all were good, though surprisingly lacking in pepper, which is unusual for Rome. The food had great flavor overall, and prices were reasonable. Service was a bit slow, and while it’s a rooftop spot, don’t expect standout views. Still, a good option for a relaxed evening with gluten-free choices.
