We had our second incredible experience at Il Caminetto last night. They have the best gluten free options in all of whistler, and can do almost their entire tasting menu gluten free with no extra charge. They even bake homemade gluten free bread that is brought to the table at the beginning of the meal that is excellent! Ask for Lindsey or Madeline to be your servers, they are both wonderful.
