I love this place. It’s fun with kids, the food and service were amazing. And the shakes are heavenly.
Only downside is that there are no gluten free options outside a fruit bowl for my daughter with Celiac. But we are very used to her bringing her own food, and they didn’t bat an eye at it.
Best ice cream I have ever had. My wife can not have gluten so the man working there looked up the ingredients on several items. This place has great, friendly service and the menu items are incredible! If in Hot Springs you must try this place (unless you are diabetic).

The people who work here are as genuinely sweet as the ice cream they serve, and knowledgeable. If you've never had the delight of tasting Japanese sweet potato ice cream, try their Sugar Plum Fairy (a seasonal flavor) that features ube! Cotton candy deliciousness! Locally-made ice cream and gluten-free, vegan waffle cones, too!
Gia and Maddie were fantastic! We took our family of 6 and really enjoyed it! Loved that they were able to tell me which ice creams were GF, since I have celiac! Will definitely be back!
Amazing variety for a completely custom create-your-own ice cream experience. I brought my friend who is dairy free, my family member who is gluten free, and a picky toddler, and we all left so happy! We need TRASH in more places in NW Arkansas!
They have such good gluten free and dairy free options! The golden milk ice cream with chopped pecans on top is my wife’s fav and mine is the dairy free cookie dough with chopped pecans (does have gluten). At less than $4 a person, you can’t really beat those prices either!
Only feedback is please make more gf/df flavors or add some temporary ones into your rotation!
Patty and Haley care so much about the community and make the park a family fun environment for everyone! They go out of their way to provide great service as well as accommodate for all different types of foodies including nondairy, gluten free and vegan options. Love the vibe here at this 90s theme small griwing business!!! There are so many cool things planned for the future of Oh Snap! Icecream and I absolutely love having the opportunity to be apart of it all 🥰
These were better cupcakes than I expected. I got a lemon lavender and a turtle cheesecake and both were very moist, probably more than any other boutique cupcakes I've had. Both were decadent and rich, though extremely sweet. Price was about what you'd expect for a boutique cupcake ($3.50 each, discounts on dozens.) They did have a few vegan and gluten free options.
We stopped by on our first day of vacation and the owner is the sweetest man EVER!! His customer service is beyond amazing. He made us feel very welcomed and we left feeling so happy. If you're looking for a gluten free, dairy free desert there Dole whips are a big winner. Along with there huckleberry icecream being amazing. We fully plan on going back before we leave town!!
