Super delicious ice cream, even for people with celiac disease. They know about contamination and have a good system. There are also gluten-free waffles that are also vegan. All of this right on site. We also drank Aperol Spritz here, a bargain at 6 euros each.

Discovered by chance while walking through the alleys of San Gimignano, an excellent totally gluten-free alternative with no risk of contamination. Few flavors, but exceptional quality and prices in line with the place. Absolutely recommended!!!
