The hotel is okay, the room was small and impersonal. I would say it really suits a conference facility. What should be reviewed is actually cleaning. Certainly the bed was clean and fresh but the sheets of dust above the bed and on the bedside table are not as fresh. In the bathroom, they need to keep an eye on the drain, because while we were in the shower, the water didn't flow through, which meant that we were standing in a pool of water. However, the SPA was very fresh and nice. Something small, but trying the different pools still took a good while and was very fun to try different pools with scents and different lights/sounds. The only downside was that you could buy drinks in the bar that was adjacent to the spa. Drinks are prohibited in the pools, but other visitors probably do not have the same opinion. My recommendation is to remove access to the bar, alternatively that you can finish your drink in the bar and then come back to the spa. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different options for bread, spreads, yogurt, hot food. A big plus is that the hotel bakes its own gluten-free bread and had homemade muesli. Since we did not have dinner at the hotel, our stay was not too expensive in package price, we paid SEK 1600 for one night and two people, so based on the price, the visit was very well worth it. Another plus is the charging option for electric cars. There was plenty of space and we were able to borrow a cord as we left home without ours. Cost SEK 4/kwh.

Excellent, central location in the heart of the city. Helpful, friendly staff. 🔸️ Room Room was spacious and fresh. There is no thermostat panel to control the room temperature so it can get quite warm but at least there is a standing floor fan that helped with the ventilation. Our queen bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower worked well and there was a bathtub. Water pressure was good but the mixer can be sensitive and stubborn - so fix your water temperature and stick to it. Changing midway could result in some burning hot water. 🔸️ Breakfast The breakfast buffet featured a familiar Scandinavian spread with cold and warm selections. The items that stood out for me were the waffles (DIY with the waffle maker), crispy bacon, fresh cheeses, large gluten free corner, a good dark roast for Swedish coffee and fragrant Earl Grey loose leaves for a good cup of tea. 🔸️ Parking It was easy to find parking in the large underground paid garage that is directly connected to the hotel. Look for Skrapan by Aimo.

It is true that the breakfast remains to be tasted - but so far the satisfaction is very good. The tiny room is excellent in its simplicity. Missing, for example, such a disturbing element as a TV set. The surrounding environment with hills, sky and vines is wonderful. The restaurant serves a good and nourishing meal at a very reasonable price. The fish soup was, for example, very reasonably priced. The wine is a bit special, the white sparkling better than the rosé bubble and the white Solaris barrique 2016 complemented both the fish soup and the smoked salmon. One wonders how good it will be after another couple of years of rest. After today's breakfast, I have raised the rating to 5 stars. Among other things, an excellent gluten-free bread was served with all the other breakfast delicacies.

This is a great little hotel right by the station. The rooms are cosy but comfortable, with all the expected amenities. The only major downside was the plug to mirror ratio, as the only mirror was in the bathroom, & the nearest electrical outlet was by the entrance to the room (although the hairdryer provided has an extra long cord to allow for this). The gym is well equipped compared to other city hotels I've visited. I enjoyed that there was a separate vegan & gluten-free stand at breakfast, making it easy to identify what I could eat. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
