Experience to repeat as soon as I have the chance....... I'm Lorena D'Alessandro and I stayed at the Hotel Vesuvio from 13 to 16 June 2024 with a friend of mine. I recommend it to everyone because the owner Mimmo really made us feel at home by satisfying our every request since we were both gluten and lactose intolerant, therefore a very delicate situation, but despite everything, attentive and involved in every attention.... clean facility and friendly and very attentive staff...

A welcome from the boss who was more than warm, smiling, friendly and respectful. My partner made a reservation at the restaurant on Saturday evening for my birthday, the setting is classy and refined. Perfect service from an attentive and smiling team. A meal to die for, fresh and quality product, perfectly cooked, a real treat. Advice on the choice of wine based on our very successful dish as well. (Small detail, they offer gluten-free and/or lactose-free dishes, a blessing for me who is intolerant). We had a wonderful romantic evening. For me, it is one of the best restaurants in Carcassonne.

My wife has "food allergies" due to an intestinal disorder and is also on a gluten free diet. The chef was instrumental as to her dietary needs. After a most delicious meal my wife had NO gastrointestinal problems ! Chapeau to the Chef and staff ! Merci mille fois. A most memorable souvenir.

Excellent welcome. The swimming pool and the beach are very pleasant. Careful and gourmet cuisine. The copious breakfast taken on the terrace by the water. The hotel staff are very attentive to requests, particularly regarding gluten intolerance. Establishment to recommend... We will come back with pleasure.

Very friendly waiters despite the crowd. Very good. They also have gluten-free and vegetarian meals indicated, even a gluten-free chocolate coulant. Should be listed in the Eats Possible app.
