Huge thank you to the Five Guys staff working this evening! From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They paid close attention to our order and went above and beyond with their service, honestly, some of the friendliest service I’ve experienced anywhere.
One detail that really stood out to me personally: I ordered my burger without a bun due to a severe gluten allergy. Without missing a beat, the employee taking my order immediately asked if it was allergy telated and made sure it was handled with extra care. They even went so far as to bag my meal separately from the rest of my group’s order. That kind of attention to detail is rare, especially in quick service settings.

I was a little worried about cross contamination at first. I went in and ordered and my worries disappeared. They heard gluten-free bread and proceeded to wipe down all the equipment and pull fresh ingredients out of the fridge. I felt a little bad for anyone coming in to order being me but they went above and beyond for me. Plus their sandwiches are better with the ingredients. Even compared to other chains, gluten-free or not!
They are great with allergy precautions. I order my food to go via app with my name and gluten free and they keep me from getting sick. This is one of my safe places to eat and it's delicious
Quick and affordable. Quality meats and able to accommodate allergies(gluten and lactose). I did eat 9 tacos, but I'm a bit large. Would recommend 👌
My husband and I stopped in for lunch, I had a Culvers bacon deluxe Gf bun of course. It's so cool that they have an option for gf buns for us celiac peeps. My husband had a Sourdough melt and a side salad. Both sandwiches were really good..and of course expected them to be..since I've never eaten bad food from any Culvers restaurant. But anyways Kudos to you guys and gals for doing such an awesome job..keep it up!!
