Thank you Keaneu (sp) for being patient and understanding of my allergen needs. Eating out is a difficult process for me and you made me feel just as welcomed as any other customer there. My grilled tenders and coleslaw were perfect. Thank you to Tommy for educating your staff on the importance of working hard to not cross contaminate. All the staffers are aiming to please. Our food comes to the table hot and inviting. Thrilled they have a gluten free bun that works for me. The staff even brings your order out to your car.

I'm grain sensitive, which poses a challenge to any fast food attempt. Chick-fil-A has a gluten-free bun, which is a nice option not usually offered by fast food chains. There have been a few times staff have gotten my order wrong. But...they go above & beyond to make their customers happy and to make it right. Kale Crunch salad rocks. Vanilla shakes flavorful. I miss the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich, but glad I can still enjoy their food and service.
