Picnic was my favorite foodie stop on my recent visit to Gulf Shores. I tried out some gulf seafood pretty much everywhere I went, but Picnic was the best. Delicious food, beautiful views (even during Francine) and spacious seating indoors and out. The tiny succulent terrariums on the tables were a cute touch. Super accommodating staff who were happy to help with someone who had gluten dietary restrictions, and they were helpful with vegetarian options as well.

This is a great place for a sandwich and a salad bar. We lost our Jason’s Deli at home years ago and were very excited to have lunch here. It was just as we remembered it. They have gluten free bread for sandwiches! The service was great and the place is very clean.

The menu, with vegetarian and gluten free options, checked all the boxes for our family. Delicious food. Friendly, helpful staff. Our first time here. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I ate here and we used the kiosk at the front to order. My girlfriend ordered a mooyah burger as a meal with a gluten free bun. When the food was brought out, the bun was not gluten free and there were no side. They made it as a single item and not a meal even though that’s what she ordered. We even double-checked our order to make sure it was all correct before we paid. When we went to the counter and politely told them they had made a mistake, they were very rude and defensive and the worst part is that they made us pay for what we had already ordered. We will not go here again. 1/5.

I got a salad bar with salmon and my party also got the Rice Krispie bar and a grilled cheese tomato soup combo. It is on par with other Jason’s Deli and I appreciate the options for dietary restrictions like gluten free bread, etc.
