What a bad impression you made! For women's day, I order a mimosa cake, as soon as I go to collect it they deliver the cake already packaged (first mistake, the cake always closes in front of the customer) oh well I trust (never trust!!) I take the cake to a friend's house, thinking of making a good impression and as soon as we open the cake package in front of everyone, total disappointment!! I felt mortified!! Incomplete cake, as you can see from the photo, all the decoration was missing, the top, but the mimosa was not with the characteristic yellow, pieces of sponge cake which look like they were stuck together like bread, in short, the photo speaks for itself, it's not done like that because even gluten-free ones you also charge a lot of money, a cake like that costs around 8 euros in a pastry shop, you asked for 12!!! And you allow yourself to deliver this shame!? Sliced bread and cream 12 euros!!!!! Shame! I felt stolen and betrayed of trust never again 3 thanks for the shit you made me look like, if you charge so much you have the sacrosanct obligation to check before delivering... And don't say that the cake is like that because the ones on display had topping, yellow and decorations

Ideal for a quick gluten-free meal! They prepare stuffed potatoes (for me they are very tempting), bread and panelle, bread and croquettes. A beautiful place for us celiacs It is located near the cathedral of Palermo

Pros: They actually had a gluten-free option, and it was only €1.50 more than the regular one. Honestly, a win for anyone with a gluten allergy. Cons: Where do I even start? The sandwich was tragically soggy, the filling was basically non-existent (except for the sad clump in the middle) and the flavor? Nonexistent, Ive had water that tastes more seasoned! To make matters worse, they didn’t even cut the sandwich, so eating it felt like some kind of weird food challenge. I paid €9.20 for this, and honestly? I could make a better sandwich at home blindfolded, with expired ingredients and zero effort. The restaurant itself looks nice. The colors, the concept, all very aesthetic. But when it comes to actual food and customer service? A total letdown. And as someone who has survived hellish 10-14 hour shifts in food service, I can confidently say the server had way too much time gossiping behind the counter instead of actually doing their job.
