Super restaurant. Only do one thing, steak and fries. But super for coeliacs. Fries in own fryer. Meat on own pan. Sauses all gluten free. Gf chocolate brownies for desert.

Had dinner in the hotel restaurant. I became aware of the restaurant because it also offers gluten-free menus. I ate a Valais specialty called Chouera beer flan and received gluten-free bread. We were very satisfied. In addition to various beers, the menu also includes gluten-free beer.
We ate at St Christophe with friends and it was delicious!
Very pleasant atmosphere and top service.
I am gluten intolerant and was able to eat easily. The chef makes truly INCREDIBLE gluten-free bread and can adapt any dish.
