We were very happy to have discovered this lovely grocery store and cafe in the old town of Calais. There are a few tables inside and outside. We drank the delicious chai tea (available with different plant-based milk variants) and two vegan sweet drinks: both were very tasty. I also ate a gluten-free (gluten-free, sans gluten) and vegan burger. There was also a fresh tomato salad. And there were even gluten-free muffins for dessert. Mmmmm, it was really very good! The service was also extremely polite and helpful. And the prices are very fair. Thank you for this positive experience!

Very warm and welcoming service! I'm allergic to gluten so I asked for the sauces and it's one of the rare times where I was taken seriously, they checked all the sauces etc! We ate very well, I would come back!

Pleasant fixed menu dinner with fois gras, beuf and cheeses for dessert and a large seafood platter royale. Excellent wine list. Superlative sea view (with sunset included). Only flaw: not very clear about gluten food intolerance and they didn't have gluten free bread or similar.

Always a fantastic meal and excellent service. I cannot have gluten, so was unsure, especially as I cannot speak French. I emailed in advance to check and got a prompt response reassuring me. Or hostess checked with me when we arrived and everything was explained to me in great detail. The amuse-bouche had been specially prepared in advance with gluten free ingredients. There were so many options on the menu and the chef was able to tweak lots dishes for me if needs be. Wonderful food, wine and such a warm welcome. I cannot rate highly enough. Thank you.
