The pizza was pretty darn good. Fresh ingredients, and offered in gluten free and cauliflower crust choices. We had the large Bulldog combo with jalapenos added. Tasty crust and tangy sauce. It was even good as a cold leftover the next morning.

Gluten free items! Excellent food overall including our sons gluten free cornbread sandwich and the pies. If you're looking to eat in Jefferson, this is a great place. Be ready for a wait ranging from a few minutes to an hour depending on the time. Staff are working their tails off.

Fantastic atmosphere. Delightful staff. Delectable menu. Celiac friendly when asked. I ordered their spinach & artichoke dip with sourdough instead of the deep-fried bowtie pasta. For an entree I had the 1852 Salad and added grilled shrimp. 👌🏻🤌🏻

My wife and I recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We had met 50 years ago while studying on a floating university (World Campus Afloat). We actually met in Greece. As part of their many anniv gifts to us, our 2 daughters decided (a little tongue in cheek) to send us back out on a boat. They scheduled a pontoon tour of Caddo Lake! But they also arranged for us to stop in Jefferson at Austin Streets Bistro for a special meal. It was a highlight. Gena met us at the door, and Chef Kara did her magic. She even prepared a special Greek salad and dessert to commemorate our meeting. We're both vegetarian and I'm gluten free, but that wasn't the tiniest problem. Excellent service, excellent food.

Oh man, was in the area for a few days and it was so good I came in both days I was in town. Great service too, my girlfriend has a gluten allergy and they were really helpful. All their meats are great, the pork sausage, brisket and ribs were my favorite. The BBQ beans were the best I've had in Tx.
