You know you're in for gourmet Italian food when the Chef makes pasta from scratch with flour from Italy. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, the menu features seasonal specials, there are gluten-free options, and N.D.A. makes an effort to be environmentally friendly. I've had almost everything on the menu and N.D.A. does not disappoint. The first few times I ordered, I was perplexed by the small containers. Don't worry. They pack the pasta to the brim and you will be amazed by how much food is in the cartons. This food is made to order and is best eaten soon after pick-up/delivery. The first time I ever ordered, I couldn't wait to get back to Dallas to eat so I drove over to The Farmers Branch Rose Garden and had a picnic. It was a beautiful way to experience this delicious food. Thank you N.D.A. for opening and for cooking up some of the best food around.

Went last week for lunch. Great food with a variety of choices. Loved expanding our pallet to something different here in the DFW metro area. Owner guided us on the proper salad to choose that would complement our meals. Amazing amount of spices and heat if you so choose. Gluten free options if needed. Will be back!

I love love love Salad and Go. I highly recommend this place for quick service, budget friendly, gluten free options. Love their drinks for little over a dollar. Makes me feel like I can afford a little treat! I’ve eaten here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and each time was great. Love the southwest breakfast burrito as a bowl to make it gluten free, the Thai salad and the cucumber mint lemonade is delicious. I get their protein boxes to bring for lunch at work and it’s so easy, healthy, cheap but tasty and convenient in all the best ways. They open early so it works out perfect to grab my lunch for the day if I haven’t made my own. So fast! They also take walk up orders for when I go get my oil changed I walk over from Valley View Car Care to get a drink while I wait. I go frequently and you should definitely check it out.

Amazing and delicious food. Services was amazing . Very helpful and accommodating to dietary restrictions. My husband has celiac and they let us know that what food was gluten free and adjusted some dishes that could be changed to be to be gluten free. Great vibes. Highly recommend.

Was excited that they had a lot of GLUTEN FREE options!! The food was 10/10 and I was surprised they had live music! Loved it all!
