Their food is outstanding! I love their gluten free options. I've never had a bad meal there. Ordering at the counter was easy and their service was fast and friendly. It's a great little place and you won't be disappointed.

Super long wait (60 minutes at 1p.m. on a Sunday), then when there was an “available” table, the place was half empty and most tables were cleaned. The veggie burger was more like sweet potato mash with cumin on a bun and the fries were soggy and under seasoned and cold. Coffee was served almost at room temperature and we were never offered refills. I had to ask for ketchup, hot sauce, and salt to make my meal palatable. Lunch for 2 with nothing more than coffee and a veggie burger/portobello with no bun (no gluten free options for those with Celiacs) was $38. Pretty terrible dining experience and I felt the need to apologize to my date for suggesting it. The service was friendly but utterly lacking.

If you are visiting the quaint village of Naples, a meal on the porch of The Social at the Naples Hotel will not disappoint. The vantage point gives you the opportunity to watch the hustle and bustle of this beautiful, small town, with ample shade and breeze. The food offerings at The Social are varied. Everything from decadent filet mignon to hearty, giant burgers. There are gluten-free and Vegetarian/vegan offerings. Everything is prepared with attention to flavor and presentation and the portions are very large. For beverages, they offer everything from locally produced beer and wines, to expertly crafted cocktails! They have an impressive selection of spirits, and the skilled bartenders are happy to make the perfect drink, depending on your preferences. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they’re eager to make your visit wonderful. The restaurant can accommodate larger groups with a call ahead. Whether you are local or are just passing through and visiting the Fingerlakes region, a stop at The Social is sure to be a memorable one. You will find live music on Monday and Wednesday evenings and also often on weekends. They also have comedy in the basement speakeasy on the third Saturday of every month, which is always a great time. Keep an eye on their social media to stay up-to-date with events

Very nice place to grab a pizza . Staff was very friendly and courteous. I personally had a personal pan pizza which was called the buttery pig and it was excellent. My wife has to watch gluten and they actually have gluten free pizza . The girl went on and explained that they do bake the pizza in the oven with non gluten free pizza , I thought that was very professional to explain that . We'll be back again for sure
