Said they had gluten free options and the server asked me what gluten was. Not for the gluten free girlies. Also price wasn’t the same as the menus. Super cute place though.

On suggestion from Omaha food lovers group on Facebook we tried Big Momma's today. I went online and ordered so it would be ready by the time we made the drive up to Omaha. It had just come out of the oven when we arrived. I had ordered the four piece gluten free oven fried chicken and a four piece regular oven fried chicken. Fried Chicken is one of the things that I miss so badly since I had covid 3 years ago and all my allergies have changed again and now I am allergic to wheat. This is the first time I've had fried chicken in 3 years. Totally different than what I'm used to but it's very good I would definitely suggest trying it if you're gluten free. I was told the non gluten-free was really good as well.

The Jamachi is absolutely outstanding! And the Seji drink was delicious. Loved the vibe, and the food was so, so good. They had a great understanding of gluten and made it so easy for me to order safely. Only took off one star because the wait for rolls was pretty long - but we had a great time chatting and digesting, and it was so worth the wait. 🌟🌟🌟 Just plan a little extra time in your day. (Four of us were there 2 hours overall and shared 2 bites, 2 plates, and 3 rolls.)

We recently ordered through DoorDash, DoorDash did their best to correct the issue but can only help so much. We ordered gluten free pasta for my wife who needs to eat gluten free food or else she will be sick. The first time we ordered, it arrived without her food. Door dash refunded her portion of the order, so we needed to then create another order, once again paying for tip and delivery. On the second order we did NOT receive gluten free pasta. Thankfully, she does not have celiacs, but if she did, this could have been very bad. We definitely do not recommend ordering from them if you have dietary restrictions as they will not be honored.
