I love this place! I am gluten free, and the menu is clearly marked. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they make sure to double check that your order is GF. I am just gluten intolerant, and I have had no reaction to their food. I could see some potential for cross contamination, so celiac beware, but knowing how knowledgeable and kind the staff is surrounding the issue, I wouldn't be scared to give it a try.
I love the coconut shrimp and the honey chicken, and my partner who is also gluten intolerant loves the fried rice!

The gluten free noodles are pretty good here. They look like little baskets. They were pretty busy when we went but the employees were making sure everything was running smoothly. Only took about 5 minutes to get our order, and they even gave the kiddo an extra lemon slice when they asked. ❤️
Food was very good. Staff was very helpful with gluten free options. Menu had items listed as gluten friendly and gluten friendly upon request. Cocktails were also very good.
Would have liked more than one menu for everyone at the table.
I love sol ave.! Their potato’s bravas are my favorite item. Great tacos and bowls here as well. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If you are vegan and/or gluten-free, they have some wonderful options!
Stopped in for lunch today and had the Hot Hen burger on a gluten free bun. I added lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was the best burger I have had in a long time! Service was great and fast! I'll definitely be coming back!
To all you people who can't have gluten in your diet, this is a very gluten-free restaurant just make them aware and they will tell you what you can and can't have. Everything was delicious and I did not get sick.
Gluten free options. I had a wonderful experience learning they have their allergen info on their website. I had the adobo chicken in a salad it was so tasty. Their customer service was top quality.
