We are so glad to stumble upon this restaurant. Two out of four of our families members have celiac disease and are unable to eat gluten. They had an extensive gluten free menu. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff were very friendly. We look forward to eating here again!

I absolutely love this Blaze location. The manager is the best. She instructs her staff and makes sure they are executing the pizzas correctly. She also is not afraid to do the work herself. The food is always made to request, even if you order online. My family is gluten free and their gluten free dough is delicious.

Just finished eating most of a regular-sized order of Pad Thai served hot, fresh and delicious. Trying the dish for the first time but will order it for take out again. Appreciated the fresh scallions and cilantro on top. Server notified me of the allergens like eggs and peanuts in the dish. I don’t have these allergies but I can imagine this information is helpful for some people. Additionally pad thai is made from rice flour and can be enjoyed gluten free.
