What a delightful treasure in Princeton! The staff and chef were so kind and attentive to our large group. The chef personally came out to our table to help the gluten-free and celiac people in our group order food. I got the chicken salad and it was very delicious!

A nice place to eat if you have celiac disease. I am gluten and dairy free. You can cook your own steak at the grill or have a chef do it. The chefs do mine so they can clean the grill because they are very mindful of cross contamination. I have never had a problem eating here. All staff are kind and knowledgable or teachable. They could be more mindful of dairy. They cook the mushrooms and onions that accompany the steaks in butter and don't have oil to offer a safe alternative for those of us with dairy intolerances. If gluten is your only allergy I recommend. If you can't do dairy you will be much more limited so keep that in mind.
