Definitely recommend this place. Variety of gluten free options between the appetizers, entrees, sides, and kids menu. The waitress confirmed they do change gloves. If you have celiac disease, make sure you let the waitress know it’s not for a preference so she can let the kitchen staff know to take necessary precautions.

A cozy spot with amazing service, unique dishes, and a thoughtful ramp for easy access, though bathrooms are a bit tight for wheelchair users.
The food and service are phenomenal! I am gluten intolerant and always get the Porky Bucket. I've never had a cross contamination reaction here! As far as accessibility: There is a ramp to get in the building, but the bathrooms aren't very handicap accessible at the Ringgold location (not their fault, really, its a small building). I usually just go beforehand to avoid any issues.

Charming spot with an awesome coffee selection and all-day breakfast, perfect for supporting local vibes while enjoying cozy hospitality.
This was my second time to this cute little cafe. Not only have the staff been extremely warm and inviting both times, I've really enjoyed what I've ordered. The coffee selection is fabulous. There aren't a whole lot of options for vegetarians, but they serve breakfast all day and the garden omelet is soooooo good! They also offer gluten free bread and occasionally gluten free desserts. If you want to support a local business and enjoy great food and hospitality, be sure to check them out!
