I have never had a gluten free pizza that’s so good! 10/10 would recommend. They were able to make the crust still fluffy and crispy, something I’ve never had from gluten free dough. Will be driving 2 hours for this again very soon!
Amazing place 100% gluten free!! Perfect for those with celiac (like me) and the food is delicious! Fast service and a great atmosphere. Any time I come to Gainesville I'm stopping in
Listen I love satchels and wish I could eat their regular pizza but my gluten intolerance will not allow. So I opt for the gluten sensitive option millet and flax pizza which is yummy. I do not actually recommend this for anyone who is gluten sensitive. I believe this crust is from Sami’s Bakery and they literally list gluten and wheat as allergens for this pizza due to high cross contamination. I felt terrible after eating this pizza and they should not have this labeled even gluten sensitive.
Absolutely amazing! I have food allergies (wheat and dairy) and they always make sure I am taken care of. They have a dedicated gluten free menu which makes ordering so much easier.
Definitely one of my new favorite places in town.
I am so mad at myself for not coming here sooner! The food is phenomenal and the restaurant itself is pretty sitting right on the water. My only complaint is that they are very slow and we've been here a few times now.
They are so well informed of gluten free dishes and are extremely accommodating. Normally I don't have many GF options at Asian restaurants but here I couldn't decide what to get!
I ended up ordered the shrimp with lemongrass and it was unbelievably flavorful and the shrimp were large and they gave me the perfect amount. I also have tried the King and I shrimp which was delicious. My husband loves their pad thai.

I am super late posting this lol but I have celiac disease and every time I eat here they are soooo accommodating and have so much options for gluten free meals and I am especially grateful and happy that they have a cheesecake that is delicious and gluten free. ❤️🤤🥰🫶🏻 If you have celiac disease it is safe to eat here and has supply yummy foods.
Absolutely great!
We visited just before Thanksgiving. Lots of people - we definitely understand why.
It's a cool spot with a lot of seating. The staff seems good and friendly.
We tried a combination of several things - my husband tried their steamed bun with ribs and loved it. Then, we moved to gluten free options: grilled shrimp (amazing!), grilled beef (the weakest of all, but still very good), Tuna Kobachi (very good), and two rolls: Big Boss (slightly disappointing, it's very bland, which is surprising) and O-Renji (absolutely amazing).
They have GF menu! <3
Would come back again on another Gainesville visit.
I’ve eaten here a few times now and this place is scrumptious! They have something for everyone, whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, pescatarian, carnivorous, and it’s so yummy. Super friendly staff! Everything has such good flavor and it’s very fresh. Will definitely be coming back many times!
The food is very good. I was with a group of 8 today and being Gluten Free and heard we were going Italian I thought I would probably have to eat only salad. Much to my surprise they have a penne GF pasta. GF-Pizza and upon entering I spoke to an employee and he said most things they can make GF.
With that being said …my complaint is about our service. I ordered Penne Alla Ciccio GF….it comes to me with shrimp, I don’t care for shrimp, I immediately asked the waitress if I was given the wrong plate because my dinner had no shrimp on the menu description only chicken.
She told me I was wrong it included both. I thought I had read the menu wrong. On the way home I checked the menu, no my server was wrong. Not only was there shrimp that shouldn’t have been, there was no mushrooms or sun dried tomatoes.
The menu also says those early specials come with a dessert. She brought our checks, never asked anyone about dessert. Someone in our group asked the server when she came to collect our payments. Then, the server says “yes, it comes with cake”. I waited tables and always tip good for good service. Unfortunately she only got 15%. (Table T-9 4/13/25 open time 03:11)
Having lived in Seattle, the chicken pho here is very similar to some of the best I’ve had. The staff is also to ensure the food is gluten free.
The chicken summer rolls were ok, but a little bland.
My husband and I came here for a nice dinner "together" traveling through as we do about every 6 months. The last few trips through we've tried eating here and its been wonderful! Unfortunately can't say the same about this time.
It started with the place was at least 60% empty so we got seated right off which I thought was great! Until she walked us all the way to the back "passing about 20 empty tables"and putting us in this tiny corner with someone else sitting so close to us we could have just ate dinner together. I felt very clostorfobic! We got up and just went and sat at the bar. We ordered the same exact thing we had the previous visits. He got the braised short ribs and I got the seafood pasta bowl. It looked delicious! I asked my husband to try a bite and I was so surprised at how salty it was! He took a bite and said that's impossible to eat, it taste like the lid fell off the shaker. We sent it back and our server returned telling us that the manager tasted some in the kitchen and realized that the cook didn't follow the recipe and that he put way more salt in it then he should have. So he had to order something else. While waiting for his second meal to come out I had completed mine as it was seafood and I didn't want to let it sit and get cold. So at this point we have both eaten our meals while the other watches. The manager comes over and says she'll offer us a dessert, there's 3 to choose from because he's allergic to gluten. We're not sweet eaters and had zero interest in that. We certainty wasn't looking for a free meal but the proper thing to have done was to comp his since it wasn't his fault your cook messed up the dish or at least offer a discount on it. I felt it was handled very poorly and we have agreed that we will not return and as that may not have a huge impact on you maybe you can learn how to properly take care of a customer that's been here multiple times and own YOUR mistake!
Went to Karma Cream to get Gluten free bakery items.Stood waiting, and woman at cash register didn't say good morning ,or may I help you? I stepped up to ask of GF, and she said Only if they decide to have GF available! What? She suggested ice cream!? What?,!The rude attitude wasn't helpful! Why advertise GF bakery products if not the case.Good, and friendly service also goes along way! Remind employees that!Do better!!!
The restaurant had a person vacuuming while we ate (at lunch). The food was not stellar. I would describe the restaurant as gluten friendly, but not a super safe gluten free environment, especially for celiacs.
There are a lot of good things to say about Tacos 352. You are immediately welcomed at the door by a kind and helpful staff who is well informed about food safety and allergies. I exclusively seek out restaurants with gluten-free options, and this place is a great option for lunch or dinner. You can get an affordable and flavorful meal here FAST. Other reviews claim the prices are high, but I was able to order 3 very filling tacos for only 10$. I also ordered the clips and salsa ($2.99) and a flan for dessert. They have a nice variety of tacos, burritos, and nachos to choose from. One thing that I believe could be improved is the meat. I ordered the steak tacos, chicken tacos, and an al pastor taco. Every one of the meats was overcooked and dry, BUT the tacos come with sauces on top, which saved the tacos for me. They would be the best tacos in Gainesville, in my opinion, if the meat wasn't dry. As always, ask about gluten-free items and cross contamination at any restaurant before ordering as things can always change. 😉
It's Sonny's so the food is always good. Our waitress was terrific! I asked for no bread and normally that's the end of the conversation but the gluten problem was talked about briefly. She put a note on the order about the allergy and assured me that the kitchen would change their gloves when prepping my lunch. And they did! She was personable and careful with my lunch and if we're over that way again, it's a great place for us to stop by again!
Terrific service along with fantastic pizzas! They offer a gluten-free crust and a variety of vegan options, which we are grateful for. The sangria was excellent as well.
i have celiac disease so you can always find me at bolay since they are 100% gluten free! the food hits the spot every single time, i mean just look at the pic it looks delicious!
The gluten free pizza was amazing. I have never had anything so delicious… we had the buffalo chicken pizza & the wonderful Mediterranean chopped salad also so delicious!! I highly recommend this place for those with a gluten allergy!!
Amazing experience.
We are here for NYE dinner and it was perfect. For some weird reason, it wasn’t very busy, which we loved. But based on our experience, we shouldn’t have have been able to get a seat that night.
The food was impeccable. Absolutely delicious and thoughtfully made. Incredibly accommodating to our gluten and dairy allergies. Even with the allergy limitations, we had a lot of options.
Service was excellent. Attentive but not overbearing.
A 10 out of 5 experience. It was a little hard to figure out how to get to them but now that we know, we will be regulars!
5 Stars
The Gainesville Hub is a must-visit in Gainesville! The food is absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and full of options for everyone. I loved the made-to-order specialty waffles, especially since there were so many gluten-free choices! The smoothies and açaí bowls were top-notch—so refreshing and beautifully presented.
What really stood out was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. You can tell they take pride in creating a great experience for their customers.
Perfect spot for a healthy, satisfying breakfast or brunch!

One Love Café is a laid‑back, open‑air spot tucked into Magnolia Parke Plaza in northwest Gainesville. They’re open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays), serving up breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunches with bottomless mimosas, bellinis, and Bloody Marys. The ever‑rotating menu of farm‑fresh, locally sourced American handhelds, burgers, salads, and seasonal specials caters to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‑free diets, and the full bar pours everything from craft cocktails to a solid beer and wine list. Come for karaoke on Tuesdays, Jazz in the Parke every Wednesday, live music Thursday through Sunday—and soak it all in under a canopy of string lights, around a fire pit, or out on the sprawling, kid‑ and dog‑friendly field.
Here’s the inside scoop: One Love tends to get slammed on weekends—especially Fridays and Saturdays—so service can slow down a bit when they’re really busy. Thankfully, that shipping‑container bar out front has helped speed up drink lines big time. If you want a primo spot (think fire‑pit front row or a comfy Adirondack chair), roll in right when they open or at least early enough to snag a table. I always tote a blanket and a folding chair to stake out my territory on the grass. And don’t sleep on happy hour—swing by from 3–5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday for buy‑one‑get‑one half‑off drinks. It’s the perfect little pick‑me‑up or pre‑game ritual.
I love Ichiban! I have a gluten intolerance and the staff here are so accommodating. They can make most any roll gluten free. Yesterday I was in and requested no rice in addition to a gluten free roll and they accommodated my request. So, if you are low carbing you can still have their delicious rolls, there is an upcharge, but for me it's worth it. I also want to say they have the best mia tai in town and always have great service.
Came for my birthday dinner and the food was great! Also Ceci was an amazing server! Definitely my go to place in Gainesville for Mexican food. I have a gluten allergy and have never had an issue here!
Nice clean, modern feel. This was recommended by a guy at Karma Cream (excellent place), so we wanted to grab a small bite.
Great Thai Coffee!
We shared the Panang curry with tofu. The flavor is nice, but a little disappointed with the few veggies. There is a lot of tofu, which is nice and it is a lunch portion, but it is mostly tofu and zucchini slices.
The staff understands gluten free and vegan, so we appreciate that.
Maybe we need to try them for dinner, but to us, it seems to be a little pricey. Maybe that’s the cost of eating out these days…
The food was tasty, service fast and friendly, so a solid 4 stars is where I would place them.

Super disappointing that they removed gluten free indicator from the menu, but left vegan. There are plenty of GF possibilities that can be offered based on the current menu. Super cool atmosphere, the servers are usually awesome, stick with beer or wine, the mixed drinks are mid.
I eat here regularly and have never had an issue. Jersey mikes is dedicated towards making their space clean and food fresh allowing me to order with my sensitive diet restrictions. Celiac and gluten free safe.
I'm giving this a 5 only because of the care Outback took post-major event. The MP was great and the following experiences were awesome...
1) We had a rough experience on my 30th birthday, getting accidentally gluten-ed and then having a really aggressive manager, Ellie (?), refuse to do anything to help us other than give us a couple of expired coupons for a Bloomin' Onion (that I can't eat). We gave them back and, when we called afterward to speak to a different manager and were put on hold so a refund could be issued, she picked up the phone ("you're the one with the gluten problem, right? Yeah, I was the one who gave you coupons already for your trouble"). She told us off, saying that "it's common sense, obviously you can get any appetizer at any of our locations, even if it is expired. We'd honor it." She said we didn't need a refund and they'd pay for my hospital bills if I decided to go. It was just really disappointing that anyone, especially a manager, would treat someone so unkindly.
2) HOWEVER.... since then (and being helped by the MP, who is amazing), we've had both AJ and Brianna on the two most recent visits and felt the need to say something because they are AMAZING. Seriously, ASK FOR THEM. They made sure to enter my meal in as "Gluten Free" to ensure I didn't have a kitchen mix-up, ensured it was safe and the temp we enjoy when it hit the table, and really made sure we didn't need anything throughout our meal. They were so kind and personable, they really interacted with my kid (which is SO great to see :) ), they remembered us from the previous experience, and they made sure we had a really wonderful and welcoming experience. I said something to the manager on shift, but I want to put something here too.
