First time they made food which I clearly instructed I am allergic to. Then manager said he'd personally make sure next sandwich was correct. Burger came out with wrong toppings again. No gluten at least. But the burger was so raw that I feel nauseous from taking a few bites of it. Absolutely disgusting

For a place that gets a lot of business they sure don’t know much about customer service. You have to wait forever and the staff isn’t even busy. Ordered the gluten free pancakes that upset my stomach. Asked the waitress for a water and never got it.

Our first time to Aldo’s was last night and it was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, it was warm and festive. Everyone there was friendly. We had the Brussels Sprouts, Pork Chop and Braised Short Ribs (special) as well as cocktails. Everything was delicious! Portions were great and they were very attentive when I asked about my meal being gluten free. We will definitely make this a regular stop!
