We love this place. We would like it even if she didn't have celiac disease but since she does we take great comfort in knowing that everything in the facility is gluten free and safe for her to eat.

Amazing food!! We each got a different dish and then shared them each other. All three were amazing. The Italian sodas were good too. I recommend the strawberry one. They have GF sensitive options. But since there is flour in the air in the kitchen, they said it is not celiac friendly. I appreciate that they put that right in their menu.

WoW, what an incredible place. Oversize plate so more than enough to share, taste incredible and authentic. Service will go above and beyond, I’m allergic to gluten and they more than accommodate me. Shout out to Nicole specifically. Will certainly go back. Nice view from the balcony

Finding places I can eat with a dairy AND gluten intolerance has been an interesting challenge. Heart of Jerusalem was hands down amazing!

Great tap room in Colorado Springs. About 30 beers on tap all are self serve and charge per ounce. The flat bread pizzas are Great and can be gluten free.
