Thanks to all the staff - especially Summer - who made a great dining experience - even serving me gluten free ice cubes! The starters were just stunning - and the beef fillet was top drawer! Lovely to meet the chef - you could see every table was having an amazing time and dining experience. 10/10!
Gabby's is a great dining experience with good food and decent prices. The service is good also. Restaurants of all kinds need to cook real food and use as little preservatives as possible. Gabby's does. However, they use a mix of butter and margarine. Margarine is not real food and ruins the taste of the butter. Please do yourself a favor as a good restaurant, ditch the margarine. The last time I was there, it ruined my baked potato. Closing at 8 is kind of early for a dinner place. Maybe sometime in the future, you could introduce some gluten-free free desserts. Of course, these are just some suggestions. I love your restaurant and will be returning. It's exactly what Chino Valley needed.
