A huge thank you to the incredible team – Izzy, Issy, Nat, and Claire – who were so friendly, helpful, and kind. We had an amazing lunch at Pizza Express in Marlborough on a very busy Saturday. There was a little mix-up with our order, but they sorted it out so quickly, and we really enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious, and despite how busy it was, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. I even got some complimentary gluten free dough balls with vegan butter! 🤩 As an autistic person, I especially appreciated being seated in a quiet area, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this restaurant – the team truly made our day!

Arrived to enjoy meal with 5 others - fantastic, efficient welcome. I was asked if there were any food intolerances, etc., I said I was gluten and dairy intolerant. Immediately a separate menu book was produced and the waiter discussed the choices I had and where to find them. Wish more restaurants were like this. Best gluten free pizza I have EVER had. All staff helpful and engaging. All the party had a very special time.
