My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant, so eating out can be a challenge, but with a little research, careful planning and competent / attentive staff she is able to have an enjoyable dining experience. Sanus was perfect, as the staff ensured my wife had a great dining experience, so good in fact we returned before going home and cannot wait to return later in the year! Highly recommended.

This is the place we liked most in Fuerteventura and we are sorry we only discovered it on the last day otherwise we would have returned to try the other tastings. The idea of the 5 tapas and the gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choice is nice. Don't be afraid to order the Tiramisu because it is delicious!! For us the service was good and without too much waiting and the owner was good company.
