My husband and I very much enjoyed our dinner here. I told them I had celiac disease and they were very accommodating of my gluten free request by changing the sauce on my lamb. Would definitely come back!
The location is perfect; we were on the terrace, and despite the heat, it was very pleasant. The service was very good. I have one small complaint: the waitress offered us water, which we accepted, but we had to ask for it again, and the same for the bread.
The food is very good. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I was delighted because I was able to eat the same food as everyone else, right up to dessert! That's very rare!
In conclusion, I will definitely return because it's a restaurant with excellent value for money.
We had lunch at La Table des Sacres. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Reims.
A la carte dishes are available for special diets: vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. It's a real plus to think of everyone.
Thank you again for this delicious meal and your warm welcome.
Good. Our biggest concern as we have a coeliac child is the availability of secure gluten-free food, often difficult to find in restaurants in France. This restaurant was very happy to reassure us about options without gluten.
A true delight ! Fresh products, very good cuisine. Gluten-free buckwheat pancakes and if you are gluten intolerant you can even ask for the wheat crepe for dessert to be replaced by a buckwheat one! Don't hesitate, go for it!
Very good restaurant. I can't eat gluten or nuts and they took everything into account very well. Super nice service and great food. Enjoyed it so much!
Excellent restaurant in a refined atmosphere, with a really friendly and very professional team. Personally, I enjoyed it. I had a great time. (and very attentive to people who eat gluten-free)
Magnificent site, breathtaking view of the Erlon pkace and the walks, refined cuisine, impeccable service. No complaints. Adaptable to gluten-free, even the children's menu.
What a great find! Busy even on a Monday evening!
The waiter was so friendly, pleasant and helpful when we asked about gluten free meals (this has not always been the case in French cafes and restaurants unfortunately).
Both waiters had excellent English, which was great.
When ordering, they give you spice/heat level options. They also offer French cheese instead of paneer in case you're dubious about paneer (don't be, it's the most delicious cheese to cook with!)
We had lamb Madras (excellent), palak paneer (excellent), chicken korma (good), and butter chicken (good). The latter two dishes were for my children who like milder dishes.
The kulfi dessert was beautiful, and I also tried lots of sorbets which were tasty too.
We left with lots of free mango sweets from the kind waiter!
*Highly recommend this restaurant*
Had an excellent lunch on holiday with my dad. Very accommodating for my dads gluten free needs (he had the risotto). Thank you to the lovely staff (I can't remember the name, sorry!) who also helped add a couple of French words to my growing vocabulary!
Merci pour le repas, l'atmosphère, et votre savoir locale sur Reims. C'est tres bon!
We ordered takeout several times and were delighted! We tried it there and it was just as good!
The setting is really very pleasant and puts us in a good atmosphere.
The service is fast and hassle-free.
We recommend the pad thai!
(Being gluten intolerant I was happy to have a choice while still enjoying myself!)
Excellent time spent at the great Georgette. This is the second time I've come for lunch. The first time I took the surprise menu, being celiac and picky eaters, I generally don't like not knowing what I'm going to eat, but despite that I was amazed! And for this second time, the lunch menu, everything was excellent and adapted to my strict diet (this is not the case everywhere, I can tell you). The little extra, I really appreciated that they brought me gluten-free bread rolls, especially as they were very good. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the terrace in front of the cathedral...what more can I say... Top!
