The restaurant is amazing and they cater wonderful gluten Free GF options. My husband loves the deep fried butter tart ( not gf) We sat at a large window overlooking the river and watched the ducks. Our waitress Victoria was amazing, friendly and made sure our allergies were accommodated. Thank you Victoria 😃 ( we didn’t stay at the Hotel)

I retired from the military in Jul '23 and decided to move close to home. During the move I was looking for a place that decently priced with a good atmosphere where I could relax and eat. The Coyote does not disappoint, in my year of frequenting this establishment my order has never been wrong, eggs cooked perfectly every time and usually arrived in 5 to 10 minutes tops, 15 to 20 if im with my whole family. They are kid friendly and offer breakfast at all hours of the day (for only 1$ after 12pm). Parking is never an issue. The price point is very competative for the area. I have no allergies so cant comment on gluten options. 10/10 recommend
