Pleasant place for cool cats. Nice style interior, good service, and good food. All we need. The gluten free options are certainly a plus. Interesting wine list.
Plenty of free parking out front. Clean washrooms. Wheelchair accessible.
Cool diner atmosphere. We stopped here because our usual spot, Pure Kirchen, was closed for a staff event. I was excited to find out they have vegan options, but their service team needs more training to understand dietary restrictions and the seriousness in ensuring things are delivered as expected. Our vegan poutine came with dairy curds in it and left me feeling sick for the rest of the drive home. To their credit, they waived my whole meal, but I'd take feeling right over free food. If you're gluten-free, don't even bother.
Please nobody go there for GF sandwich. They just have the Costco GF bread and make sandwich on it. They have no option to toast the bread and cheese for Gluten free.
The food tastes great and I appreciate as a celiac that I can eat here safely, but the portion sizes for the price are absurd, especially when you consider it is vegetarian. I have been going to PK locations across the city for 5 years, and they have gone downhill. Prices keep rising and the portions keep shrinking. Not sure I will return.
