What a treat! Lovely bistro with a menu that caters for everyone. Plenty of vegan options and gluten free for anyone who needs or wants it. We had the halloumi Budda bowl and the Raven salad, both were excellent.

Really great place if you’re looking for healthy food that tastes great. Gluten free options included. A bit pricey but that’s Jasper. I highly recommend the matcha latte! Music was a bit loud and it was all throwback music so it was a bit annoying after a long day of hiking. But other than that it was a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful place that felt very cozy. The waitress was so attentive and kind. Her recommendations were on point and the freebie items of the bison tartar and the carrot and chive biscuit were delicious. The chef has made it so that most of the menu is gluten free, which I think is pretty cool. The bison striploin was scrumptious and to die for. They do have a plant based option on the lentil meatloaf which I thought was pretty well seasoned and very delicious. The desserts were out of this world! The goat cheese cheesecake with blackberries was so good that it tasted like an elevated version of an Oreo cheesecake. And the creme brule of the day was spoon-licking good. Overall, it is a place that you have to visit and have a dinner at least once! It's pretty romantic too, so bring your date!

This place was amazing! We ordered 3 plates of greek salad and it was really good, really flavorful. We also ordered 3 pizzas (gluten free BBQ chicken, Lou Lou's, and the meat with onions). The gluten free dough was thin as expected but it didn't even feel like gluten free. Most gluten free dough is bland and quite hard to eat but this pizza was amazing. My picky mother loved her pizza and it's pretty hard to please her with outside food. My personal favorite was Lou Lou's pizza, it was a perfect balance of all ingredients with a good portion of cheese. Overall the pizzas were all fresh and very flavorful. The tomato sauce was the best. Definitely we will be coming back. I wish Calgary had a good pizza place like this. Thank you Lou Lou's for really good food and service.

This was definitely fine dining and we loved the experience. The menu encourages you to order their three course menu. But one person can order the three course and another one can order a side dish if not too hungry. Ask for a table by the window to get the lake views. They do have outdoor dining on the patio but it looks and feels more casual. Our host John was awesome, and got us a great table. Erica was our server and she was amazing. She even brought us dessert and glasses of champagne to celebrate our special occasion. Recommend reservations. It’s located inside the fairmont jasper park lodge. They are really good with making adjustments for gluten allergies. And the food was awesome! Lots of gluten free options and they are great with substitutions.
