Damn it Katie. Why are you so good at this! Everything you suggested was amazing! Gluten free bun tasted like normal buns. This visit was a punt and Katie really made this a great first time. If we had more space in our stomachs, we would have gotten more milkshakes … See you again soon 🤝

I'm not exaggerating when I say lunch here was some of the yummiest food I've had in years. Very friendly, very quick service and extra care around allergies and celiac needs which is rare. Also we ate until we were full for about $22/head.

To say that the staff at Mick's Roast Carvery pulled off the impossible would be a major understatement . Don't judge a book by its cover with regards to this "humble" looking establishment. They're nothing less than an efficient catering powerhouse. My situation was this ... I had over 20 confirmed guests arriving in 3 hours for a 3 course dinner I didn't have. I was panicking as every catering company I contacted laughed at me as I was asking the Impossible (no matter how much money I could offer). Then I spoke to Mick's Roast Carvery who were able to fullfill every catering desire within 2 hours. I was literally fighting the tears back. Unbelievable! I was able to offer my guests 4 courses of excellence including several vegan and gluten-free alternatives. The price was the other pleasant surprise. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting quality food at a fraction of the price catering companies charge.

Really lovely owner, welcomed us immediately and assured us that his menu is gluten free for my coeliac daughters. Fast and incredibly delicious food. Chicken and lamb amazing and rice was incredible.
