I showed up to get some cupcakes, which are pretty good for being sugar free. My daughter and I have Celiac, and they asked me on the order form if I had Celiac, which made me feel more comfortable. I was on my way to the doctor and had forgotten to eat lunch, so they made me one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had, barbecue on a keto bun. I didn't get a picture. I was too busy enjoying it. They again asked if I was Celiac and took precautions. It's been over six hours. I'd be sick by now if I had eaten gluten. I'm fine. I can't wait to go back and have another sandwich. Wow! By the way, the Italian cream is their best cupcake.

Highly recommend the Atlantic oven Baked Salmon with rice pilaf and broccoli. It was filling but not heavy. It left room for the delicious Gluten free chocolate chip Pizookie.

Nice little place to have breakfast or lunch. The wife and I have had lunch there several times. And it has always been good. A few days ago, we discovered that they also do breakfast.. Talk about a hidden treasure. Now it's not fancy like several other spots around town. BUT. If you're looking for a simple breakfast, this is a great one to check out. We had no wait time.. Apparently, no one else knows they're open for breakfast either. And the country potato hashbrowns were seasoned exceptionally well. They also have gluten-free bread. Which is sometimes hard to find.

Fantastic food and service! I went hoping for the gluten free crepe mix, but they were out. I was almost bummed until the gentleman said we could lay down cheese in the form of a crepe and make it extra delicious AND gluten free. I got the monte cristo and it was phenomenal. Both staff members also made sure to ask if I wanted certain other things on it, which I thought was very considerate due to the potential for other allergens. Wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars!

They have a wonderful drink selection everything from coffee, tea to lemonade. They also have gluten free pastries available. Their gluten free peanut butter cookie was very good and it was a large serving. Their lavender lemonade was very good. Definitely a great place to grab a drink or lunch with a friend.
