You can tell they changed ownership hands. The place has a much more commercial vibe, as opposed to the old small business vibe. The service is super slow, less gluten free options, microwaved sandwiches, hand washing plates and stacking them wet (gross), and lots of frozen pre-packaged baked goods that were made in a factory. Very unfortunate to have lost another small business to the Hershey giant.

My wife and I went to The Mill to celebrate her birthday. As we were seated she was given a birthday card signed by the staff which was a very nice touch. My wife is also celiac and our server was very knowledgeable and made sure what she ordered was gluten free. Every dish we had was delicious, especially the key lime pie and creme brulee we had for dessert.

Kudos for the delicious gluten free dessert option! The chocolate burger is absolutely delicious, too. My criticism would be that, despite having a reservation first thing in the day, we had no say in selecting our seating. You MUST make a reservation ahead of time or you're looking at a 3+ hour wait or you will be turned away.

I was so happy to see Taylor Chip at the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg this past weekend. I have recently had to go dairy free, and the employees working the event suggested the Gluten free options. The double chocolate chip was PHENOMENAL!!! I came back in hopes to get more but unfortunately they sold out of the gluten free!!!! Disappointing, but totally understandable!!! I cannot wait to head to the store and get more vegan cookies!!

Found this little gem tucked back in the Briarcrest Square Shopping Village behind Piazza Sorrento. An amazing little bakery! The owner Viviane is the solo creator and baker of these delicious works of art! (and the chocolate cupcake with peanut butter icing is to die for!) She also offers gluten-free cupcakes and made to order gluten-free cakes. We don't live in Hershey, but will definitely make a point of stopping in whenever we are in town!
