The pizza is amazing and delicious. They have their own dedicated allergy prep station for the gluten free pizzas. However, it must have still had some cross contact because I woke up sick and symptomatic. Usually if it is a lot of cross contact I get immediate symptoms but I lasted until the morning until I felt symptoms so keep in mind it is still a possibility. Definitely delicious food though

I recently visited True Food Kitchen and had a fantastic experience. The standout was bartender Martin, whose expertise in the menu added a special touch to the evening. The food was impressive, with a delicious gluten free chicken parmesan that exceeded my expectations. The inviting atmosphere makes it ideal for any occasion. I highly recommend True Food Kitchen for great food and an exceptional bar experience!

So so delicious yall. All gluten free and FILING. I got the shroommoo one with sweet potato side and it filled me up completely. Different sauce options to try as well. The owners are so sweet and explained how it’s made and you can just tell how excited they are about it! Lots of seating and good atmosphere - definitely try this out I promise.

Great for allergies, the food was delicious and fresh. I love that there were a ton of gluten free options (that were actually gluten free) rather than just one or two. The sangria was also tasty!

Sweet good service. Ordered southwest salad with chicken and it was absolutely delicious. Soon as it hit my tongue i was satisfied. The chicken has a great tender juicy favorful taste. Def coming back for a main dish and other dishes i saw. Happy that they have Gluten-free options.
