This place is now 100 percent gluten free. I confirmed Celiac safe with the server. No gluten in entire restaurant and they are cautious with product sources. To top it all off, they make their own honey on their rooftop. My husband and I were so excited to discover this lovely restaurant. The staff is also amazing. Wandered in off the street and so pleasantly surprised!! Very upbeat vibe and oozes atmosphere. Cheerful service and patient with my so so French. The soup of the day was excellent, cider on tap was very crisp, and they have the best gluten free crepes I have had in Quebec City (better than other famous places for 3x the price.) I keep coming back again and again.
